Neighborhood Groups

The Silverdale Chapter has nine neighborhood groups. Please refer to the list to find a meeting near you. Non-members may attend two meetings prior to joining American Sewing Guild.  If you are interested in attending a meeting, please contact us several days prior to the meeting for the neighborhood group leader’s contact information, and meeting date or location changes.

Fashion Fitters—Sequim (Focus on garment construction and fitting) Meets the 3rd Monday of each month at 1:00 pm at a member’s house, rotating location.

Fiber Arts—Sequim (Diverse sewing and fiber interests with emphasis on artistic design and embellishment) Meets the 1st Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am.

First Thursday—Bainbridge Island (Focus on garment construction) Meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 10:00 am.

Loose Threads—Silverdale (Diverse sewing and fiber interests). Meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 10:00 A.M.

Sew & Sews—Port Orchard (Diverse sewing and fiber interests). Meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 10:00 A.M.

Sew Unique—Port Orchard (Diverse sewing and fiber interests) Meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 P.M.

Sew Free—Port Townsend (Diverse sewing and fiber interests with diverse meetings, including field trips, community service projects, and educational programs) Meets the 4th Wednesday of each month at 10:00 am.

Wardrobe Workshop Special Interest Group—Silverdale (Focus on designing and building a capsule wardrobe). Meets on the third Saturday of the month at 10:00 A.M.

Fabric Friends Junior Group—Port Orchard (Focus on primarily diverse sewing and fiber interests) Meets on the 1st Tuesday of the month at 3:30 pm.
